The Challenge
Organizations find it difficult, expensive, and time-consuming to create and change complex business process integrations with other organisations.
The Technology
Business Process Mashup technology delivers flexible process methodologies and software infrastructure support for enabling organizations to quickly launch new lines of business integration and serve new customers. Unlike existing service (SOA) and data (Web 2.0) mashup technologies and centralized business process management suite, distributed process fragments are first-class entities to be exposed, reused, remixed, disseminated and executed.
- Business Process Mashup methodologies structure and model organizations and processes in innovative ways to allow reusable process fragments to be bundled, unbundled and rebundled rapidly.
- Business Process Mashup software infrastructure support makes the most of the intrinsic advantages of the "platform" (Basic Web and Cloud) for distributed process fragment exposure, remixing, execution and situational decision making.
