Biography 

Dr Sai Sun is a researcher in the SAFE Information work package in the Smart Applications For Emergencies Project.

Before coming to NICTA she was a research scientist in the DART project at the University of Queensland. 

She also worked as a  software engineer in Huawei Technologies and Nanjing Software Center, Motorola between 2000 to 2001.

She received a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Queensland, Australia, an M.S. from the Nanjing University, China, and a B.S (with 1st class Honors) from the Nanjing University of Science & Technology, China.
