Dino miniutti received a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University in 1998. He then received a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the Australian National University in 1999, and later a Ph.D. from the same university in 2005 for his work on low-complexity blind timing recovery in time dispersive channels.

He is currently active in IEEE 802.15.6 task group; with a focus on dynamic channel measurement and modelling for body area networks.
