ICT

Eleanor is a Visiting Researcher at NICTA, Australia's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Centre of Excellence. She is involved with the e-Government Research Project as part of the Managing Complexity research theme. Eleanor's investigation specialises in Visualisation & Communication of ICT Innovation, primarily:

How to Communicate the Value Proposition and Significance of ICT Innovation both to Private Citizens and to the Business Community. Specifically, this project addresses visual representations of science and technology.

The goal is to identify new techniques for effective communication of ICT Innovation across a variety of delivery channels and media. These techniques will be based on visual storytelling and will cover both the activity of innovation and the private and public benefits produced by the application of ICT innovation.
