Board Director

Ms Jennifer Clark has an extensive background in business and finance through a career spanning both the private and public sectors. 

She was an Investment Banker for over 20 years acting as an adviser and financier on major projects and to companies across a broad range of industry sectors. 

Since 1991 Ms Clark has been a Non-Executive Director on Boards including Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC), the Australian Sports Commission, the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Agency and DJV, a joint venture between ABN AMRO and Mobil. 

She also Chairs an Electronic Systems Project Governance Board for Defence.

Ms Clark has been Chair of the Board Audit Committees of EFIC, the Sports Commission and the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Agency and is currently the Chair of the Defence Materiel Organisation Audit Committee and is an independent member of the Attorney-General’s Department Audit Committee. 

Ms Clark is the Chair of the NICTA Audit Committee.

She has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors since 1993.
