Matthew Spence, Managing Director- Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Matthew joined Merrill Lynch in 2004 as part of the Equities Research department covering the Infrastructure sector. In 2006 he added coverage of the Utilities sector and in 2011 the Transport sector. He is responsible for a team of four covering 21 stocks across Infrastructure, Transport and Utilities.

Prior to Merrill Lynch, Matthew was at Deutsche Bank in Sydney providing project finance debt to large infrastructure transactions. His experience includes three years in London with Deutsche Bank.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Finance from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.
